I've always loved baking, but my obsession with cookies really began in 2018. One day, I came across a cookie from a bakery thousands of miles away. It looked incredible—but there was one problem: I couldn't just walk in and try it for myself.

So I did what any cookie-obsessed person would do—I set out to recreate it.

What started as a single recipe quickly became years of testing, tweaking, and learning. Batch after batch, I became fascinated by how small changes in ingredients, techniques, and bake times could completely transform a cookie. Before long, I wasn't just trying to recreate great cookies—I was determined to create my own version of the perfect cookie.

That's where Butterhaus was born.

Every Butterhaus cookie is the result of countless hours spent experimenting with flavors, textures, and ingredients. From rich brown butter and premium chocolate to nostalgic cereal-inspired creations and seasonal specialties, every recipe is carefully crafted with one goal in mind: making cookies that are truly worth remembering.
